This skull hat was also inspired by a stitch I saw on Instagram.  I finished the crown with nylon drawstring and and longer loops to flow from the top.  Cotswold is a sheep and the wool from it is blended with a merino wool.  It will fit size circumferences 21 to 22 (snuggly)  It is one of a color.
