This is another of my vintage crop tops I design for my spring collection in LA.  It's a two tone #3 fiingering yarn with a drawstring front (Women's Day 1974).  Crochet was in revival mode and I learned in 1973.  The yarn is all cotton and this is a small size.  I can do other sizes in other colors.
