Continuing with the white party theme, my attempt at my first boater failed and I let the yarn speak on this hat so the  vintage inspired The Floppy Parsons was created.  Made of a a matte/satin cotton and polymide yarn, it fits head sizes 21" to 22".  The ribbon like trim is a polyester ribbon yarn.
