The top hat is really a bucket hat with a 2" slightly rolled brim. I think I achieved this with this hat. Of course, most top hats are mainly just a satin fabric that has been molded. Well, when you have all these novelty yarns around like this feathered one I forgot I had then it makes one more creative. I added a corkscrew and ridges to my top hat and slip stitch this feathered yarn through the ridges.
