The boater finally arrived at the white party.  It went through a lot of changes to get there.  The band which is a ribbon yarn was crocheted over the front stitch over 5 rows which makes my designs unique.  The body of the hat is a 100% cellulose rayon raffia yarn which is new to my inventory.
