I was watching the Viviene Westwood documentary and saw the hats that Philip Treachy made for her runway show.  I used up the rest of paper raffia skeins to develop this crocheted raffia facinator over a plastic headband. To finish the left size, I sewed a large topaz glass gemstone in the cap.  The colors are Tropez tan, eggshell and caramel.
