Petra is the name of this cotton/rayon/nylon yarn by Peria.  I used it in some earlier designed hats  when I first started shopping at Smiley's Yarns in Jamaica, Queen.  It's a matte/satin worsted which makes a pretty headband.  At first I was going to used a frizzy yarn which coordinated with it then I remembered that feathered yarn in the bottom of another drawer.
