I went to a white party once.  Everyone had to wear white or were askes to leave.  The appliques on this vintage inspired hat represents the different tables of white clad guests to make it unique.  Of course you have that one guest that was drop dead gorgeous.  Made of a 100% viscose satin ribbon with appliques of any whites yarn in my stash.  It can fit head sizes of 21" to 22".
