Combining two yarn purchases together and going back to the beginning my crochet design career, I came up with a new version the African Tutu.  The loops from my Loop de Loop hat.  This hat larger tutu is versitible in style.  The yarn in 100% cotton and mixed fiber variegated yarn. It will fix head circumferences 22" to 23".
